Toxic employer, toxic manager, what is a healthy workplace look like...You see too often recently on Social Media, right?

Updated: 4 days ago

Have you realized how many toxic workplace, toxic employer, how to protect yourself at toxic workplace posts you see on Social media for a while now? A lot. At least I realize that there are tens of them published within just a day if not in only hours.

Of course this might have many reasons;

  • I personally might have seen too many toxic workplaces and it just may be a selective perception??

  • Or more likely, as the knowledge is more and more accessible now for everybody, it is possible that old traditional management systems are starting to fail.

    Meaning that narrow-minded and unintelligent people in management roles can no longer compete with intelligence or available knowledge and are more often abusing their powers by allowing or promoting toxic behaviours to hold onto their spot in the company.

  • It is also possible that more and more unintelligent people are teaming up and show toxic behaviour to gain a better position in the company.

    What to expect? These people, management, will ask employees to work from office as much as possible suggesting lots of reasons like; reduced productivity etc. (Btw it might be true cause some still try to do things the way they do 20 years back)

    Or more likely it is just another trick to keep employees at the office and try to control and monitor their monitors and themselves at all times and steal and claim their ideas and harass when possible.

    I now doubt Steve Jobs's success after "his" quote "we hire smart people to tell us what to do". Cause I am not sure anymore whether he himself first quoted this or stole it from someone he hired. Anyway it is not the case.

    What happens in business world is that idiots with money hire smart people and try to steal their ideas by monitoring them and their screen as much as possible.

    The funny part is that they even do not have the IQ or capacity - you name it - to understand what they are monitoring :) I even saw them hiring some smarter people than themselves to translate them what these smart people they hired are doing :) Simply pathetic :) At least it creates jobs :) Now who created these jobs? The owner of the company or the person he hired (I mean the smart one) ?

    Your options;

    A - Start your own business or work with us

    B - Create your own trusted inner circle and hope for the best :)

    C - Work for the stupid corporate - Let them monitor your screen showing them average things (so that they can understand :)

    D - Try to find a bit more intelligent corporate - nothing much will change

    Well, Silver Gray Design does not guarantee to trust you at the very first moment.

    But it does guarantee you that it will not screen your computer 24/7 and NEVER will try to steal your ideas or discriminate you for your race, religion, gender or age.
